It's frustrating that there is apparently no easy way to speak to a human in Adobe support. I've followed the instructions found in here to ensure that I've got the latest version: My Apple Live photos don't render in LR (only displaying a green box).

However, the "Sync with Lightroom mobile" continues to present the "Sign In" link and when looking at my Mobile Preferences it reads, Adobe ID: Not signed in. I enter my credentials, and the login goes away (as if successful). However, when I click the "Sync with Lightroom mobile" in the upper left hand corner of the app, I'm prompted with a login.
I'm also able to successfully login to my web account. Issue: Lightroom mobile won't stay signed in and sync collections.Įlaboration: My CC credentials work, as I'm signed into the Adobe Creative Cloud App, and all licenses are working.
